...I just wanted to pass along a big Thank you for your teams work on (our) pants. First of all the waist alteration is top notch! I was very impressed with the look of the inserted panel and the quality of the work. A couple good fires or a fall in the mud and the brighter pbi will blend right in with the rest of the material and nobody will ever know. Second, your ability to let out the waist saved the District est. $2400. Since we just switched to (a new manufacturer) and we are unable to mix the brands/specs, we would have had to purchase a new coat and pant for (our firefighter) had NWSC not offered this alteration option.
Thank you for providing us with some options in how we can best manage our PPE program plus the best way to spend the tax payers money!!
