Authorized Warranty Repair Facility
You don’t need to send your turnouts back to the manufacturer for alterations or repairs. As a UL Verified warranty repair facility, we are authorized to repair and alter specialty fabrics to factory specs — such as Nomex™ and Kevlar™ outer shells, or GORE® and Stedair® moisture barriers — keeping your warranty intact. We are recognized by all of the main turnout manufacturers to fix most any factory flaws. Defective Velcro, mis-stitching, faulty hardware etc…we will work with the manufacturer to fix your gear at no cost to you.
PPE Customization
Your gear should help you get the job done, not get in your way. We let out coats, hem or lengthen pants, synch in the chest or waist, add pockets or straps for specialty equipment. We also construct factory-spec nameplates and department logo plates to match the manufacturer’s specifications and can retrofit additional designs most anywhere on your turnouts. Our expert tailors can alter or add just about anything you might need to make your bunker gear fit and perform the way you want them to.
Factory-Quality Work
All of our sewers are trained to make repairs with industrial sewing machines and have worked for companies such as Danner, Nike, Pendleton and more. You can be certain that your gear will be in good hands and will leave our facility looking good as new!
